Agree Bielek a 'bright' spark in the second half, at least played trying to go forward and not frightened to get on the ball.

I am not saying he wants sacking now but if it continues for a few more games he would need sacking, if we played more direct and compact defensively with some of the decent players we have we would be atleast respectable under a boring but effective type manager like Rowett. I would hate us to do that, but if the players keep on embarrassing us like that , that will be what we have to resort to just to finish in midtable. Our squad on paper is atleast mid table standard, if we are so ridiculously open at the back that is largely due to how we are set up, we should just play a solid 4231 either 2 holding midfielders with our fullbacks being more reserved, and more direct play to actually involve Marriott in the game. I like quality football, but not to the extent I would want to see such a spineless midfield in place to try and implement it.

Sorry if ive over egged my criticism of the performances this week. Its not that im disappointed with the playing staff... my disappointment is firmly at cocus feet. His team selection has been nothing short of rediculous and as such his tenure as manager must surely be under threat already.

Steve Cherry letting that goal in from a corner was the worst I’ve ever felt as a supporter. Not quite got that feeling, yet.

Neither of them struggled. Buchanan took the blame for a bad pass from huddlestone that left him committed high up the pitch. You might as well ask where was lowe when the ball came across?

prior to that i thought buchanan was our best player.
