BarrowRam
it would be such a shame if Bogle is out for a few months. By looks of it we would struggle for cover for him at the moment.
SaintRam
If Lowe does get used as cover for him, it's not the end of the world because, while he is a lefty, he's not one-footed. And Bogle's game is to come inside anyway. I hope he comes back soon though. He's risen to one of the most consistent performers in the squad, and I really want to see a back 4 with he and Lowe on either flank.

Added some urgency to the attack and seemed to reinvigorate Lawrence, who was creating the width on the overlap as Lowe cut inside. Not a bad solution if you've trained for it. Defensively he was fine.

Defensively he was fine. You're right, I thought that Lowe did look okay when he came on. But, if I'm honest, I felt that it was Bogle's injury that cost us the game - I just feel that without his natural width and unpredictability down the right, we looked a little one dimensional. Lowe is an excellent player, but he doesn't play with the same width on the right (understandable given that he's a left back!). Fingers crossed its nothing serious re Bogle - I'd definitely be inclined to dip into the free transfer market if it is.

SaintRam
Does anyone know exactly what precisely caused it? What kind of contact or did he maybe roll it? We only got one angle on RamsTV and he looked like he 100% dived. Ref clearly thought the same. I was incredibly confused by the subsequent treatment ? Great to hear there's hope its not serious. Jourdan
Bogle would be a huge miss. He is up there with Keogh as one of the most important players in the squad. We never really looked the same or recovered from him going off injured on Saturday. With no obvious replacement, we have to hope that he’ll only miss 1-2 games at most. Looked like an impact injury at the time. Was holding his shin/ankle after too. Walking off is a good sign.
MACKWORTHRAM
According to the telegraph he's having a scan on his knee. https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/phillip-cocu-gives-injury-update-3202109.amp?0=&__twitter_impression=true I'd fear the worse if it's his knee. Seems to be some mixed reporting. Having a scan on his 'injured knee'. But talks about how he left the ground wearing a 'protective boot'. Whilst the BBC mention an ankle scan (more in line with the protective boot).

Knee's are a lot worse than ankles. Especially if he's done his ACL you can pretty much write the season off. I'm not massively keen on bringing in free agents normally. But if Bogle is out for 3 months plus then we'd have to go and bring one in. Danny Simpson probably. If he's out for 4-6 weeks we can probably deal with cover from within. Either way, he's integral to how we play so given the injury to Anya and Wisdom I would probably be looking at Danny Simpson for a while if its a long term and Bateman to step up if its short term. Cocu saying that he's hopeful for next Saturday is surely a positive sign. You'd think he wouldn't want to say that if it looked really serious. GenBr
How is Anya injured again?? I can see why he wants to run his contract down here since it seems like his career is done after this. If Bogle is out for any significant period of time we are f'd on that side of the pitch. Lowe looked good when he came on, but he is out of position. Id still start him, but at LB instead of Malone if Bogles fit. Do we have any other players in the academy who could fill in for a few games?
