Bald Eagle's Barmy Army
Full house home and away. This is amazing if true, he’s too good at the age of 33 to play in the championship.

If the players looked up to and respected Frank Lampard how do you think they will feel lining up alongside Wayne Rooney? If he can still cut it (judging by the bit I've seen of him in the MLS, he can) and it doesn't bankrupt the club then I'm all for it.
atherstoneram
If this is true i can't see it being anything other than a win-win for Derby especially from a commercial viewpoint

Would he be willing to except a major pay cut to get his foot in the door coaching?? Andicis
Sky are probably rubbing their hands together at the thought of this one. Commercially seems like a genius move.

You do realise Rooney with our club can bring revenue in that allows us to compete at the right end of the table? Do you not think other teams managers will want their players learning off of Rooney? Van der MoodHoover
Go on - why not? not quite as exemplary a pro as frank. Remember him rocking up at Euro 2012 hopelessly out of condition from holiday. but what fun!
