Boycie
How embarrassing. The Crystal Palace supporters come and do a chant that I've not hear before at a match. You know the one, where there's some chanting and then a bit of "lar lar lar la larrrr" at the end. Wednesday came a few seasons ago and did an original "jump up and down" chant. When the guys in the east stand started copying the Palace chant, I was embarrassed. Come on lads, think of your own ffs. "we're the black and white army"? so original All they seem to do is copy someone who shouts out insults to the away fans. "have you ever seen your dick?" wow. That's why we had the sick stuff towards the Cardiff manager. One idiot, copied by 100 no brainers. Rant over.
Day
You could hear the Palace fans for the full 90 minutes singing it at Park Park, got abit repetitive on the radio like but I guess inside the ground it would have sounded pretty decent.
vicky-27
Won't be any better next season either - Barmy army in north stand but no matter how much they try it won't get many more singing over there. Thats why i prefer away matches the atmosphere is much better and non stop singing. Rammie does try to get everyone singing - don't know the answer really, maybe if we win every week the fans might cheer up
Boycie
It'd be nice to hear "eee i eee i eee i oh, up the football league we go!" Not original I know, but it would at least mean we were playing well.
Dangerous
No imagination at all, thats why they use vulgar abuse.Singling people out is fine but it needs to be amusing and original.
MrOrdinary
to be fair you try and get songs going over there that dont have insults or swearing in they dont want to know or has got more than 3 words in. as i genuinly dont think they can comprehend a song that has sometimes our fans annoy the crap out of me
Neo
The only way to generate any sort of atmosphere is better performance on the pitch.
bakeri666
dont you chant that bloomer is watching thing during games? or is that just for pre-match? its a club anthem, and is unique to derby, so should surely be sung mid match to get the crowd going
