It's unbelievable, really. The fact that they feel they have to go into the percentages on the money they were offering him, too. Grim.

I don't get the feeling the owner's run it through a PR firm before putting it out. Not surprised he's walked away if that's the manner in which they're conducting themselves.

Pretty certain his Brighton side that got promoted did not play rowett football. Yes last season they were defensive, but he did what he had to avoid relegation and it worked. He has led two teams to promotion, got Birmingham in the play offs and led Norwich to a top 12 prem finish. I don’t understand the little respect he seems to have in football for the jobs he has done.
