CWC1983 Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 Sorry, but Fifa have demeaned this tournament with the application of VAR, changing the rules mid tournament, and Ive just spotted the totally incompetent ref that did the Scotland game as the 4th official. I heard on TalkSport yesterday that the rule changes were all introduced from 1st March. They haven't practiced enough but there haven't actually been any new rules put into the tournament. Latest news was that Cameroon were collectively bollocked on the pitch by a fifa official before England came out for the 2nd half. Extraordinary. Why should they accept the referee's decision when the ruling body has such little faith in referees that they put such things in the hands of TV companies? IT was the back of her heel, she was moving towards the play - how much time would need to elapse between her being on or offside? Sith Happens Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 No problem with var ruling on offsides or anything else for that matter, but those making the decision should have to make it within 30 seconds and without any slo mo.
