Different gravy with Roy and Plunkett in the side. Thought Ben Stokes was fantastic again today. Nice to see us taking our catches too. Woakes' was an absolute belter. The confidence Roy exudes seems to spread through the whole line up when he plays, and helps to give Jonny the time to play himself in a bit. Seems like every time he and Bairstow put together a start we go on to win. Love watching Roy bat, he's just so destructive. Never been that much of a one day cricket fan (absolutely love test cricket though) but this team has changed all that. Fingers crossed for the Kiwi game. Going to be a nail biter I reckon! ? The game was made even more special, as at times it must have felt like an away match. The Indian support brings colour and noise to the game. Silencing the crowd didn’t allow the middle order to feed off that atmosphere. They said on the radio India had only chased down a score of 300 or more, 3 times out of 12 since the last World Cup; of those 3 Kohli had scored a hundred or more twice.
