So if you legitimately can’t go, and offer it at face value to someone you’ll get banned?

There are secondary ticket resellers that only charge a small fee and the tickets are face value. Twickets is one.

Have you read the statement?

Please do not ruin one of the biggest occasions in the Club's history by selling on your ticket and profiteering from fellow Spurs fans.

You wouldn’t need to put it on one of these sites to simply get your money back, some fans have been cashing in it would seem.
