Not sure its relevant. We are talking about the actions of Derby fans yesterday.

We can't say its ok for that behavour because Leeds fans "might" do it next week.

It isn’t relevant I was just being a bit small minded. I personally don’t have a problem with away fans in the home end. I had 3 Forest fans sit next to me a few seasons back. I think we won 3 - 0 they didn’t stay to the end.

I’ll be at E.R on Wednesday with Leeds supporting mates. I’m fortunate to know a few people that know I’m an avid Derby fan to get invites; it's all quite simple if in home ends as an away fan.

Dont wear colours, don’t cheer your team, don’t stand up and celebrate a goal for “us”do stand up and smile through gritted teeth a goal for “them”.

The place it seems to break this rule is Old Trafford, where they have a multitude of away fans in corporates, along with plenty of other “home” fans with everything but Mancunian accents. So you’re pretty safe to celebrate with all the other tourists.

Really got to feel sorry for those poor innocent leeds fans celebrating in the home end and getting a slap!

Walking from the ground inbetween the Derby arena and the Merlin roundabout, about 20 leeds singing and mocking the Derby fans. One Derby fan sings a Derby song and 4 leeds cross the road and attack him whilst the police are walking on about 30 yards ahead and taking no notice of all the shouting going on behind them.

I had my grandson with me and his safety is my first priority otherwise it would have been tempting to roll the clock back 30 years and go help the lad getting attacked.

The Derby fan clearly deserved it. I'm getting the hang of this now.

Anyone who shows any support for the opposite team clearly  "deserves all they get".

Perhaps we should start carrying knives.

I agree with this post 100 percent, most Leeds were just being bully's yesterday, and yes it would have been good to teach a few idiots a lesson, but not in front of women, children and people minding there own business.

There should be a ban by clubs home and away for any fans ejected from away games in home end , if fans know this the case then they

A, don’t buy tickets for wrong ends

B, buy a ticket but do not cause trouble by making themselves known

C, get banned from grounds allowing decent people to attend games without all this crap

So what if Derby fans was trying to attack Leeds fans in OUR end? They know the consequences coming to sit in OUR end, why just get kicked out with a slap on the wrist and go enjoy the rest of their evening? When they could get a slap they might not forget.

Because that just shows us to be no better than them if we start punching/hitting/slapping them.... let the stewards and police do their job and keep out of trouble.... ESPECIALLY if there are kids around...what sort of example do you want to set?!

Her spelling is ok. She was sat next to me, and I was loosing my poo all match, barely made it down to the cubicle at half time.

Apologies for the smell, btw.

I thought the whole idea of the lack of Leeds escort to, and from the ground was a joke by the police trouble was destined to happen. Stewards are just jobs worths anyway, would rather just eject someone for boozing in the stand or sitting in the wrong seat than get down to the nitty gritty.

My Nephew was in the corner East Stand / North Stand

2 Leeds fans, well behaved and quiet 4 seats along but broke their cover when the goal went in. Apparently “escorted to safety” as he put it ?

There were several police vehicles round by the arena but didn't look to be doing much.....

Numerous occasions whilst walking to the match we nearly was battling.. not for no fault of our own. It's a good job no one was seriously hurt or something big didnt kick off. This was no different to a local Derby and given this season's antics, it should of never been given a 5.15 kick off

I was watching that from west stand. I thought and our fans AND stewards were disgusting.

there were numerous people  on the row behind trying to attack and thump the Leeds fan as the stewards dragged him out. None of those Derby fans were ejected. They took him down the steps towards the ground level where another Derby fan had appeared and was waiting, and landed a real haymaker as the Leeds fan arrived at that spot and again the stewards did nothing.

he looked like a normal fan who just happened to be sat in north stand. Maybe he was there with a Derby fan friend, who knows? But i have been in away grounds in with the home / opposition fans on occasion and you would not expect to be attacked just because you supported the away team.

no more stories about Rotherham stewards please. Ours were pathetic.

Your critical of our fans and stewards yet @Angieram has told you the Leeds fan was throwing punches so he deserves what he gets.Perhaps you shouldn’t comment when your not even sitting in the north stand and not aware of the actual facts before you post.As for your further posts you sound like a spoilt child
