In fairness my other half who had assumed the scenes were all filmed before she died didn't notice anything amiss, however I think when you know then you are looking out for it. Its a bit like the stormtrooper banging his head in Ep 4. I never noticed it until that day someone said, now if i ever re-watch i cant not see it.
