My grandparents lived in Harrington Street a few hundred yards away from the BBG, and one night, after visiting them, my dad drove us past the ground on the night we beat Chelsea in the League Cup. And just as in the piccy above, the streetlights were overshadowed by a tremendous bright white glow from within the stadium, as if something heavenly was going on in there. Even though I had never been in the ground at that point, it generated a massive feeling of excitement, of "something is happening here", A great moment in my life. One of the best games I’ve been to and how much it would’ve wound them up. Great night. My first ever visit to their place. We went back about 3 weeks later in the League and beat them again too.
