Every year when we get a new manager, our fans on here say they'll give him time and it's alright to have not performed amazingly in the first year, yet as soon as it starts going wrong they immediately hound the manager. We need a full squad rebuild. We have a new manager.

Only Carson, Wisdom and Keogh were in Rowett's side last season. Six of the players in our team today are Lampard signings. 

Totally see your point, but sometimes the rebuild-excuse isn't enough.

And every season for the last 5 years, we've forgotten how to play football in the last 3 months of the campaign. So endlessly frustrating, no matter who the coach is it happens. This is relegation form now, we're heading for mid-table unless they can find a way to get out of this groundhog day rut.

Lampard has hardly had huge money to spend, he's gone for youthful players that will have value in the future and is clearly trying to build something. It's not amazing right now, but it's about what I expected. Top half, probably not in the playoffs, but I think we all need to be patient. We've tried sacking managers too many times, the payouts must be getting expensive and we're getting nowhere by doing it.
