V Sheffield United (a) match day thread

The traditional boxing Day fixture this season see us make the shirt trip up the M1 to play the blades. Fingers crossed we don't have the same performance/result as last year up there (still brings back bad memories ) . 

Sheffield United are on a bit of a bad run and although we've not been convincing of late we are now on a 4 match unbeaten run . 

Bit of travel news there are no trains running at all so not a great one for those of you that enjoy the pre match pint or six. 

My team would be

Take the errors out of that first half performance and it wasn't far off.

Frank and Jody will be trying to sort out why our passion dropped second half.

Be under no illusion the Blades are due to turn it around.

I am told(by the Blades at work)that they thoroughly outplayed Ipswich but are struggling in front of goal.

Please Lord not a repeat of last years Bramall Lane comedy of errors.

We raised our game when we played them at home. Let's hope that the away return gets us going similarly.

Need more defensive solidity away from home for next 2 games so would have Bryson back in for Jozefzoon, move Wilson wide and obviously Marriott upfront. 

Huddlestone stays in midfield and would be tempted to play Evans v Norwich.

Think we can beat Sheffield, we’re going to struggle more with Norwich.

To be fair, completely outplaying Ipswich is nothing much to shout about.

Team starting to take shape now, unfortunately performances have dipped a little.

Massive few days.

Marriott has to start.

Mount will start.

Waghorn has to start for me. 

Back 5 is pretty settled now and keeping clean sheets, and we know Huddlestone is going to start most games now.

So not really that many permutations considering.

We know we will have a front 3...its just if Flo Jo gets in regularly (doutbful), if Wilson stays in the middle or gets put back 'wide'. Then can Lawrence get back in (usually he does ).  Biggest issue is who will take the other midfield place and in what role.. Bryson, Johnson, Holmes, Evans? Evans is the great hope...but is he going to be up to the expectations?
