Coming from Utch, every home game was a train journey so we always knew if our train would have fans on board from the North West heading to Leicester or notts as well as who Derby were playing. This week.... Derby V Villa Notts forest V Snake City Stoke fans travelling by train will have a 30 minute wait at Derby for their connection to gumpland while Villa fans will be arriving at the station for their defeat at Derby. These were the sort of days when the silk scarves were hidden as you boarded and departed from the British Rail diesel locomotives armed only with a 4 pack of McEwans Bitter and a packet of 10 number 6. ??
