David
14 minutes ago, coneheadjohn said: Lynne says can you put on here please. David's Mash & Yorkshire Hot Dog Cake You will need 1x Tin of Hot Dogs 1x Bag of frozen Yorkshire Puddings 1x Sachet of Mashed Potato Gravy Granules Butter (optional) STEP 1 Pre heat the oven to 200º. STEP 2 Open the can of hot dogs, empty contents into a saucepan and place on the hob with a medium flame for 8 minutes. STEP 3 Boil a kettle of water and mix 250ml of boiled water with the instant mash in a large bowl. If you like your mash creamy add a knob of butter once fully mixed. STEP 4 Place 4 Yorkshire puddings into the oven for 5 minutes. STEP 5 Boil the kettle again and mix a table spoon of gravy granules with half a cup of boiled water until thick. STEP 6 Remove the hot dogs from the hob, drain off the brine, chop into small pieces and place in a neat pile on your plate. STEP 7 Remove the Yorkshire puddings from the oven and place upside down on top of your hot dogs, try to keep it nice and tight. STEP 8 Grab a handful of mash and flatten in your washed hands then place on top of the Yorkshire puddings. Repeat this until the Yorkshire puddings are no longer visible and smooth with a knife. STEP 8 Drizzle your gravy over the top, allowing some to drip down the side for the artistic effect. Northerners may want to use more gravy.
