He has managed teams like Brum and Burton where there weren't personalities but he doesn't seem to be able to handle that aspect of higher level management so far. Rowett's been ducking awful, he's come in at the start of the summer with a full pre season, he made his own signings and he's botched absolutely everything up to now. Every club who's had him before says he plays bank football and so far they're right, except those duckers atleast got results. I know our board is poo, they should be sacked immediately, they should've been gone months ago.
