Moving to Derby - Advice need please.

That junction on the A609 can be a nightmare, and the A609 can get very busy in rush hour as the road feed a large senior school as well as traffic wanting to get in/through Belper as well as traffic heading towards Derby/A38.

As for living there, they have built a few new builds and there is land looking to be developed, thats all I have.

Got one great pub and one ok pub and you (literally) get to look down on Boycie.

So it is being reported in the DET that the most expensive streets in and around Derby are the 10 below (data from property website Zoopla).  Obviously @Boycie is one resident, but any others on here living the housing dream?
