Martin Taylor’s shirt from his final game for the Rams a premier league game that was also the last evening game at the BBG v Forest (they were relegated) ! A great servant to the club being player of the year in 1993/94 and made over 120 appearances despite a severe injury.

How come one has a white number 1 and the other black, any particular reason?

No idea, different campaigns though, the hourly one was the first division promotion season and Taylor’s was the premier league, I brought all Martin’s shirts from him and the Shilton shirt that Peter gave to him as a gift for his testimonial

1982 was a great year as I was born, but Patrick brings back horrible memories of those cheap football boots my mum got me from Bacons.

Everyone has Adidas Predators or Puma Kings, and there I was with squeaky plastic fiver boots ??

in the mid 80s many proffesionals were wearing patrick, made from kangaroo leather, you must be reffering to the early 90s when they were no longer the boot of choice, i remember getting a pair of Patrick Equipe in 1983, iluminous green stripes down them, marvelous memories ! you should be grateful that you had a pair of boots young man ! ?

The stick I got for wearing them, would have rather took my chances with what was in the lost property bin

The 1995/96 promotion season third shirt, loved the vibrancy of this, what a great season that was ! Penultimate one at the BBG, last time it really rocked was that 2-1 victory over Crystal palace to gain promotion ! Oooh ah Robin van der Laan !

Looks like a bit of dodgy photo editing to me too Reggie.

for the match at Tottenham Hotspur in September 1973 the club used one of the old 1968-71 change kits – blue shirt with white shorts.

it’s all available to learn about in this excellent book !
