inter politics
Always sad to see a local lad go. He was a victim of his own versatility, what is his best position? Hope it works out well for him.
hintonsboots
My youngest son is at Oxford and plays for the Uni, they are coached by Mickey Lewis. He watches Oxford Utd’s home games so will get a good report on Jamie’s progress. Good luck to him, he has got the drive to do well. ??

It was good to see the Oxford boss referring to him as a midfield destroyer rather than a versatile utility player. 4 year contract, they obviously rate him. Good deal for all parties this. Zag zig
15 years! Burton bred, a local lad that worked his socks off for a career in pro football. Tough tackling bruiser might just find and deserve his break at Oxford. Sincerely hope he does well, I’d be proud to have this lad as my kid watching him play. 100%er whatever anyone thinks of his position or skill level. Will Hughes Hair
Good luck Jamie, Oxford and Karl Robinson I suspect will be good for you. Sometimes you have to move backwards to move forwards, go on and smash it!
SKRam
Should be an enjoyable career for the lad, no doubt we’ll all keep a watch on his progress under a decent manager?
Igorwasking
Anyone who ends their farewell message with “Once a Ram, always a Ram” is ok by me. Good luck Bruiser.
