David
Quote RamsTV caught up with Frank Lampard in the aftermath of Derby County's dramatic EFL opener against Reading to discuss the 2-1 win, Mason Bennett's impact, Mason Mount's first goal and the feelings he went through in his first game in the dugout. https://www.dcfc.co.uk/news/2018/08/last-second-winner-was-an-incredible-feeling
StaffsRam
Says all the right things - very easy to like Frank. Early days yet, and it could still all go t1ts up, but what a three months - from playoff despair and the genuine prospect of another regressive season to huge optimism for the coming 9/10 months. From another likely season of Dad's Army Rowettball through to a match day squad where the average age is less than a (pardon the pun) Chelsea pensioner. Bennett, Lowe, Thomas, Bogle - would these have really had a look in under the snake? We'd probably have sold all four so that we could make a move to tempt Dean Holdsworth out of retirement.
