Are some of the people you mentioned carrying slight knocks so not being risked?

Definitely edging closer to a preferred starting XI, a few to come in when fit of course.

Southampton will be a stern test. They've had pre-season games under their belt already, 3-3 against Shalke and 3-2 against Jiangsu Suning.

I think I prefer Ledley as the anchor, he reminds me very much of Eustace, doesn't do anything fancy but keeps the game ticking over so nicely.
