Time we got a proper manager in like Nigel Pearson or Paul Jewell.

Pearson got Leicester promotions and kept them in the PL.

Jewell got Wigan Athletic there!! And kept them up!!

We need an experienced manager like these guys. Not some newbie. That's for clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid.

What about someone with managerial experience AND an affinity with the club?

Not someone like Rowett who played for us and who's family are all Derby fans, who described us as a dream job multiple times - but someone we actually like, like Igor.

Just look at his managerial record by the years:

He's only lasted a calendar year in one job! (Croatia, 15 months) - so he's basically perfect for our revolving door.

Great team, remind me very much of the Rams team that lost at Wembley under Stevie Mac. Deserved to go up and glad they did....

I’d have liked to have seen them play each other. I think our midfield had more running power and had more of an onus on the deep player controlling the game, their midfield rotates and they all get a go.

You can do worse than Stevey Cotterill, used to working on a tight budget, getting the best out of poor players..

No way - Steve Cotterill couldn’t manage my bar bill

total shocker

He's such a fan, if it was up to Mel he'd have sacked him on the pitch at Wembley.

His words, not mine.

I've now forgiven Mel for every single mistake he's ever made and is ever going to make...

Did he really say that?

If true, all I can say is "All is forgiven, Mr Morris"
