If I was a complete neutral I would stay as a free agent until January, enjoy an extended holiday rest my legs, then join top of the table side in January. Obviously making sure my agent from Wasserman gets in a tasty promotion wage increase clause thrown in, and an ambassador role for 25 years after I retire.

Gary Rowett or Nigel Clough.

PS I have completely changed my view on Nigel in retrospect I got it wrong with him when he was sacked and I supported McClaren .

 Mac,without any shadow......cloughy before that.

Having said that,I'm quite adept at booting a ball as hard as I can and I was quite the sprinter back in the day,so that combo would have secured me a place with Gary's side without a doubt.
