Despite the absolutely ridiculous stick he got after Wembley which never truly went away he has been an absolute credit to the club and has been consistently good for ages now. I think you only have to look at the current record (3 league goals conceded in the last 13 games) to realize how solid we are at the back. If we go up, with a record like that it's clear he would deserve a chance in the Premier League. Keogh kept a clean sheet for Ireland away to world Champions Germany in a competitive international so I have every confidence in him to go to the next level. If others don't believe that they can take comfort that this adds to his saleable value rather than reach a situation like Russell's where we have to let a decent player leave for peanuts.
