A bit disappointed to hear this. He seemed to do well at Rotherham in the Championship a couple of years ago but then got injured and presumably has not been seen to progress over the last few loan spells. A pity as I would have liked to have seen him come through from the Academy to at least challenge Pearce on the bench. Not to be but good luck to the lad.

Good news everybody.......enough wages off the bill to secure the Board Meeting chocolate hob nobs for the remainder of the season

'I've been watching you Sam.

That's four hob nobs you've had now. Shut the door on your way out'.

Another hyped prospect who didnt make the grade. Imagine Hanson, Roos and Bennett will be next. None are youngsters anymore and are any nearer the first team.

Bennett forced his way into the first team but got injured early in his first game. It would be very hard on him if he wasn’t given another chance. Roos has done well in his last couple of loans and although he seems to have Mitchell ahead of him I’m not sure he would be discarded just yet. Hanson however is a difficult one.

No idea where the suggestion of a "free transfer" is from. According to the beeb it's for "an undisclosed fee": http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42571426
