King Kevin Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 I am reasonably fit [I think] for my age ,can still run / move about ok but couldn't play anywhere 90 mins of proper football.Thought about walking football if anyone plays wouldn't mind an heads up on where to go etc. P.S The topic on oldest team in the Championship prompted me to ask this. My dad plays weekly (he’s 55) so knows the guys well. Took me along when visiting once, at 28 they didn’t have a problem. It’s all 1 speed anyway. I was slightly more agile than most, but it will still a good workout and there wasn’t an unfair advantage for my team. As I said, it just depends on the group running it.
