Do love your profile photo Utch! Wish I’d thought of that. I imagine that many on here don’t understand the significance of it, although you can hardly see the scarf on that photo.

Merry Christmas everyone.

I am not sure if the story goes they wanted Robert Lindsay to wear a red and white scarf to portray him as an Arsenal fan but being the big Derby fan he is he refused so he was a Fulham fan instead so he could wear black and white. I may be corrected.

Wow, Ramblur, with every post you submit, I smile. I remember you almost saying goodbye to the forum a couple of years back, and sincerely felt sadness, without knowing anything about you. Your honesty and integrity has always stood out, you've never had a problem with standing your ground against anyone you disagree with, and you've always done it with respect and dignity. I know I was on the end of that a few times, and I'd hope you're around to put me in my place a few more over the next few years. Basically mate, if I can call you that, If the going's gonna get good at Derby in the next couple of seasons, I truly hope your health allows you to enjoy it, Sir. x

Thanks mate, you're very generous.Yeah,I remember thinking I was done for,but a new drug saved my bacon,or at least put it on the slow cooker. With all the stodgy financial stuff I come up with,I try to balance it with a bit of wit (or attempt at it).Sometimes it's devoured by the stony ground,as when I recently posted "i.e.?". I was sure someone was going to ask 'What's that all about?",whereupon I could have marched in with 'Surprised,or not surprised, that is the question'. You've said in the past that if you have to explain it,it's not much good!

I'm sure the good times are returning and I just want to survive long enough to see one or two kids make it through.Anyway, happy Christmas -I'm sure it'll be a moist one:lol:

A Very Happy and Healthy Christmas Rams everywhere.

Theres plenty of diverse opinions, but on the vast majority we can remain as one. Full credit to Rams. From the season ticket holders..... I had one for those halcyon days at BBG......  to those unable to attend very often if at all these days of which I am one, there are all sorts of reasons why folk can’t get to games. Therefore this forum provides me and others with such a valuable connect to my team and to you David, thank you for that so much. Much respect.

The current vibe is, unsurprisingly very positive and having been laid low with a virus, the best pick me up has been our team. Blimey I’ve not even been able to have a drink over the festive period. Again tomorrow a good test but I’m very confident and really looking forward to our boys giving it their all. I’m back in work on 27th so 3 pts be a great present to return to work with.

My only worry is the dreaded Manager of the Month nominations now......

Stay safe Rams everywhere and enjoy ?

Happy Xmas to all Rams fans.

We are going up automatically if we get 15 wins out of the 23 remaining games without losing against Cardiff or Bristol City. Draws will be a bonus. This is possible if we avoid long term injuries to key players. 40% chance of finishing in the Play Off positions (40.03765% is 40% near as makes no difference)..
