Where would be good to see the New Year in, I take it all city center pubs will have a late licence? Do people still gather at the market place before midnight? Any advice most welcome. Ever since everyone got excited and celebrated the new century in the wrong year its been expensive to go out and celebrate the new year. It became a thing to charge a fortune.
