ViewsFromTheMiddle
Maybe Pearson got the job at OH Leuven so he could switch when this happened.
Seth's left foot
I think this is a case of replacing good seasoned pro’s with players from all over Europe which has ruined the cohesion and the Manager always suffers. At least King Power are starting to make Mel look rational

It all seems a bit of a mess. Shakespeare and Walsh were supposedly the masterminds behind it all, Pearson just hired them hindered them both. Ranieri didn't change too much initially but it all went wrong when in 16/17 he started tinkering. Shakespeare played an XI most similar in style and personnel to the title winning side and they stayed up relatively comfortably. Bringing Pearson or Ranieri back would be essentially pointless. They're starting again now.
AndyinLiverpool
Good. All that backstabbing to get rid of Ranieri, he's got what he deserves. Part of me hopes it was a players' revolt not unlike the one he orchestrated to get the job in the first place.

AshfieldRam
Barely removed the knife from Ranieri's back and he's being handed his P45.... Chris Coleman to Leicester? he'll want a crack at the big time whilst his stock still has some worth
Pearl Ram
Decent shout Ashfield, wonder if Ancellotti could be tempted, would have said Leicester would have been too small fry at one time but having had a taste of Champions League would the owners pay big bucks to get it back again ? KBB
I would love to see stats for caretaker managers who get the job full time and how long they last after that before being sacked. They always seem to get an initial response as a vast majority of the time the players seem to want them put in place, then they inevitably struggle and get sacked about 3 months later. 1of4
As the USA failed to qualify for the World Cup, would Klinsman fancy a go as a manager in the Prem.?
