Butterfield has gone from the bench. I think you absolutely have to say what Russell did was not good enough and he cannot start. Lawrence won't likely last a full game, but why not start him and see how long he can go for? The new option is Winnall. If we're going to play 4-2-3-1 I think it's worth looking at Johnson higher up the pitch where he gives us strength and a goal threat, and when Thorne is fit that might be the role for him anyway. I think Anya has a role to play and his versatility could be a great asset. I would drop Russell completely, but give him a chance to redeem himself on Tuesday.
