ramma
Talks a good game in interviews but been lacking on the pitch so far in the games that mattered. Today was our first real test and well apart at the seams.

Cam the Ram
If Mel somehow lost his marbles and sacked another manager after barely any time, who would you want to see take over @ramma?

Derbyram1983
It's the players. Not all of them. How can you account for the first two goals? Just unlucky. Our finishing was off too. One of those days. Hull are a good side. We'll see how we get on. We need a couple of transfer windows so we can offload. Then buy different options to what we have alrady. Alph
He's just not the saviour some proclaimed. There's a thread "What do we desperately need" We need time. Time to develop a style, a system that fits it and players that fit the system. It's not the manager, the players, the fans or the chairman. It's all of it. wixman1884
Lets sack him after 10 games, then get McClaren back, then sack him when he dips outside top 6 and get someone new in for the last 1/3 of the season. #thederbyway
Andicis
Rowett might be the first manager since McClaren to get us a game at Wembley. For the highly prestigious Carabao cup!

Can't be because we have poor overpaid players. So his job must be to offload these players and build his own squad. He started to do this by getting money in by selling our most saleable assets...guess how this went down with the people that had been calling for an overhaul of the squad... Some may not like the style of football that Rowett wants to instill but you can bet your bottom that alot will also be the same people who want promotion to the Premier League at any cost. People are happy to write the season off after the first game then spend the next 45 games belly aching about it. Sorry to bring the name back up but Nigel Clough had 2 seasons of no pressure on the back of taking over a squad of overpaid misfits, why can Rowett not be afforded the same luxury? LB_DCFC
It isn't the managers fault every time we lose a game. How can we blame him for our goalkeeper shovelling one out straight to their striker and Johnny poking one into his own corner? I think he had a plan today, allow Sheffield attack us, contain them and hit them on the break, and besides those individual mistakes, they didn't have one clear cut chance until 80+ mins when we were throwing bodies forward. Vydra should've scored and we created dangerous situations, before they were wasted by a poor pass by Johnson mainly or a foul that we should've had that wasn't given, one of which should've been a penalty as I saw at the time, though I haven't watched it back. Sacking another manager won't get us anywhere, this is a person who got a team with shotton and Paul Robinson in defence in the playoff positions. Give him time and it will fall into place, because it will take time for that to happen. We don't have a divine right to be in the top 6 every season, just allow the transition to happen and maybe one day we'll make it where we want to be
Seaside Ram
GR says fans' comments on social media affect them ! Poor lambs , must be why they are so gutless even when they have a sold out away following behind them. All they need to do is show some balls and there will be no boos whatever the score . ?
