If you mean hook it up to a TV then use an HDMI cable, using anything else is against EFL broadcasting laws so the club cant help you out if something goes wrong. Probably your internet, you see the cog/wheel thing at the bottom of the player, you can choose the quality of the stream with that, try and lower the resolution to see if it runs more smoothly.
