Was Rowett there watching?, just wondering

Yes, he was. Very good crowd too but you wouldn't know that as we were behind the cameras. Dirty great scaffolding in front of the stand to accommodate them!

Very enjoyable game and if we'd taken one of the chances to make it 3-0 we would probably have held on for the win. (She said, stating the obvious! )

My first visit to St George's Park - posh, innit? ?

Very posh, played there last season at youth level!, changing rooms are very nice for the inside pitch - don't get that any more with Uni ?

Gary Rowett confirms that George Thorne and Jason Shackell are both set to start for the Rams Under-23s at Chelsea tonight.

The plan is for both to play 45 minutes and Shackell could play an hour, depending on how he fares.

There’s another U23 game next week (Friday), against Sunderland at Pride Park, while there is an outside chance that one of both of them could figure in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup tie at Grimsby Town - though Shackell more likely than Thorne.

George back in action, and helping Shackell get back to fitness for a potential move?
