I doubt the chap doing it had any involvement in the second world war but he was probably pissed up had a few too many sherberts and thought he was being funny or the alcohol gave him some sort of patriotic duty to remind the Germans of their history. I think he has made himself look a right knob-ed and surely that in its self is punishment. I bet when he woke up the next day he thought Wtf happened yesterday.
