CumbrianRam
Any cautions picked up by Derby County players who had been booked fewer than five times so far this season were erased on December 31. The deadline used to be at the end of February but the Football League have now brought this forward to December. This means that any player reaching a season total of five bookings in the coming months will not receive the automatic one game ban. However. a two match ban will be given if a player receives their tenth yellow card of the season before the second Sunday in April.
