Animal is a Ram
Quote Derby County and a number of other Championship clubs are reported to be interested in Chester centre-back Sam Hughes. The 20-year-old is also 'catching the eye' of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley according to the Daily Mail. Hughes became Chester's youngest-ever captain this season and he is out of contract in the summer although Chester can still command compensation. Hughes has also played a full back. The 6ft 2in defender has made 55 starts for Chester and scored five goals. Chester play in the National League. Changes are expected to be made to Derby's squad this summer under new manager Gary Rowett and many fans believe the club needs to strengthen in the centre-back department. Will go into the academy at first glance - that has needed strengthening too.

Wolfie20
It'll be interesting to follow his progress, particularly since we were linked with him - you'd think a fee of around £120k would have been worth a gamble.
Rample
Who's to say we didnt bid for him. Got to be difficult to turn the prem side down if you have multiple offers, especially if they can use Vardy as an example of non-League to international . Imagine he'll be loaned back out before long.
