Are you one of the deluded Derby fans who think Leeds actually care about Derby ? Trust me they dunt Gi a rats ass about us and no I'm not a Leeds fan

Well seeing as you made the effort to join a Derby forum that shows you care a little.

By the way your spelling improved in the first sentence. Keep trying

Gary got off to good start.

he has lost a bit of his star dust over the last week,or so.

The direction is less clear than it first appeared.

I wouldn't mess about trying this, that and the other like PC and boxhead.

be clear. Be consistent. Build around Will. Buy young hungry players.

no show ponies, no passengers, no has beens

Well, at last the club knows it's not the bloody managers fault!

We knew it was the players, they all need to be told to bugger off if they don't want to show some bloody effort for the club.

Buy the whole Brentford first team and show them the facilities at Moor Farm, they'd run through brick walls for the kinda ass wiping we give our players.

send em training down Raynesway again, they're as soft as shiiite.

Get em playing some 5 a side up and down the slope on the 3 cornered rec on Far Laund!

The sensible thing might now be to be quite quiet in the transfer market in contrary to what many assumed was required.

don't put undue pressure on himself.

At brum everything was going well initially....then........

from brum mail........

Neil Moxley has got it wrong as there are 2 reasons why Rowett was sacked.

The first and most important reason was the dire quality of the football served up in his 2 years in charge.

The second was his record in the transfer market.....Lafferty, Buckley, Brock Madsen, Lloyd Dyer, Stewart, Greg Halford, James Vaughan, Shane Lowry come to mind.

And skilful creative players like Fabbrini and Reece Brown ignored

Zola has been brought in to change the style of play from kick and rush to passing attractive football. I wish him the best of luck KRO.

This follows what I have been told by Brum fans.. Despite results they say the football is much better under Zola. Transfers were dodgy and a negative approach all round under GR.

Hope that's was just because that was all he had to play with and had no choice. Morris won't stand for that at Derby.

Much better they might go down yet .

tbf tho, Zola has only had 1 January window to bring his own, presumably better, players in. Needs time to rebuild. 3 years should do it.......

I think time for Zola might be running out already. Birmingham were 7th when Rowett got the sack. Since then Zola has managed 23 games and his record so far is W2 D8 L13. The team are 19th. According to a BBC journalist today, the Brum fans ‘turned on their manager after yesterday’s draw at Rotherham’.

I suggest not, we could be a dynamic club, to entice an exciting your manager - we now have a dull drab Brummie with no pulling clout and a bunch over overpaid players who think they are good. Sadly no one will want out loser type attitude players so they will go for tuppence. Missed a big opportunity but we have GR a local lad and his son supports Derby. I like the guy but we as a club are going nowhere

The trouble I've found with brummies is that their dolorous accent makes them sound exactly the same all the way from ecstasy to murderous rage - so how can they tell?

I'm sure gary is a decent guy and the best we could get, but he ballsed up this week.

they should have spent the whole week focussing on how to beat brentford, not playing golf

Probably why they were well under par.
