Leicester Ram
25, seems to have had an alright season, left footer. If McClaren likes him than I'd say he's worth giving a chance. Wingers McClaren's group has brought into Derby: Ince, Ibe, Lingard, Dawkins and Bamford. Don't think there's one bad player in that group. tomsdubs
Interesting, nice to see we are looking at players on the up with something to prove rather than throwing more huge fees and wages at it.
Jimbo Ram
Haven't we got enough players, including wingers for the future? The Scottish lad that has just come in and the youngster on loan at Gloucester? Think we need to sign a proven winger on the left who will be better than what we already have.... Anon
I used to sign this guy all the time in CM1. He's probably getting on a bit now.
Animal is a Ram
Can see this going like Omar Bogle. Signs for someone like Wigan, scores some goals, and some fans will say told you so
dajstrawb
Loads of gems to be found in league 1, hopefully this is one
Ashz09
Signing Nugent instead of Bogle confused the hell out of me. I'd love us to sign some young, hungry players but I don't think that'll ever happen. It's the Derby way..

Only had one full season with motherwell; a summer move to the only english club that came in for him apparently; then one season for oxford. he could have gone under the radar. looks strong and quite aggressive. MackworthRamIsGod
Jamie Vardy would a premier league medal at 29. Wes 'the Major Joke' Morgan won a premier league medal at 32. 26 is Not too old.

Rample
Doing a bit of googling and he wasn't a cheap signing for Oxford. Motherwell picked him up for £25k in 2015 and sold him to Oxford 18 months later for around £1m. Assume Oxford will be looking at £3m+ judging by their recent sales activity (Roofe etc.)
Rab a dab doo
Do Aston Villa have their own scouting system or do they, as it seems wait for us to identify someone then come with a higher bid and sign them. How many players is that both us and Villa have been linked with this season ?
plymouthram
I personally think we do not need to bring in another winger, we should be looking for an attacking midfielder and a young striker

How about gambling on a 15 goal a season attacking midfielder like Craig Bryson and blooding a strong, pacy forward like Mason Bennett?

The one we have isn't that player anymore. Instead of Bennett we perhaps need to also look at our younger strikers e.g. Zanzala.
