Mel talks a good game but just doesn't know how to implement his ideas. Get Nicola Cortese in to run the club. He was the driving force behind the Southampton way. But fact is, a few years ago finishing 10th would be regarded a success... Now it's considered unacceptable. That upgrade in expectations is certainly due to Mel Morris.
