B4ev6is Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 I think Steve Mac needs to play Camara in a more central role I do think his tricky against Leicester City he could course all sorts of problems he did drift into central midfield yesterday at times and Newcastle did not have a clue how to deal with him. I think Cyrus Christie should play on wednesday night we have nothing to lose but pride. We need to get back to hit and move football not staying in one place to long. But you could use Vydra on the wing and this might just free him up. This is going to sound slightly insane would could still play 433 but in a slightly different way. Tom Ince Darren Bent Camara Vydra Russell Bradley Johnson Same back 4 And then some kids on the bench as we are looking thin on the ground Is there recall clause on the current loans deals.

Why not B4,don't think Vydra is a wide man but it might not be a bad idea in the cup.And thanks for cheering me up,having a crap day at work and the thought of Camara doing his tricky just made me laugh for the first time today.
B4ev6is Posted February 5, 2017 Author Posted February 5, 2017 Well with Camara playing just behind front 2 but using Camara he could provide some support Ince and Bent even open up a bit give Bent and Ince more room and even might drag players out of the way. Even make switch there shape buy our wingers time and room to play.
Doodle Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 One in midfield and five attackers. Are you Kevin Keegan b4? Would probably end up 8-6 one way or the other. Good for the neutral on BBC though
rammieib Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Bradley versus the whole Leicester midfield??? Why not. I'm with B4 lol.
Sith Happens Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Yeah lets go for it, in fact why stop there, bring in christie and anya at full backs, lets rip them a new one.
lrm14 Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Ah yes, the old 4-1-5 with four of our attackers out of position. I'm sure Ranieri will never expect it.
B4ev6is Posted February 5, 2017 Author Posted February 5, 2017 You know the bold favours the brave we need to try something different we know they play a 442 or 451 formation we know vardy goes not like a strong defance display but also know lescester city does not like playing against pace but we have players who can drop back help in midfeild.

ThesePeople Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 I mean, at least he's chose the midfielder with the least composure and technical ability to play in the sole midfield slot, just to absolutely ensure we never have the ball.
Sparkle Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Don't think our manager needs tactical advise he just needs the forwards to score the open goals and not be unlucky at the back.
jono Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 That said .. There might be a case for Vydra Camara and Ince buzzing around the two stately shire horses at Leicesters back.
rammieib Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 We could go with the normal formation where players know their jobs, have a little conviction and go at them. Ever considered that approach B4?

Actually fortune favours the brave, bold favours the foolish when it backfires. I cant see what was working against newcastle in the fijnal 10 mins when we are chasing a game, actually working for 90 mins against every team we play. You need a balanced team.
EnigmaRam Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 At least there's someone more tactically inept than Pearson in this world!!
Van der MoodHoover Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Rather than worrying too much about formation, need to get attitude right. I don't want to hear mcclaren coming out with any post match lines of the "we showed them too much respect " "we were too passive" etc Your bloomin job Steve is to get them playing as you want and desire.
