Basically it's a 'meat feast' consisting of ground beef fried with paprika and garlic, chicken marinated with garam masala and red chilli, Spanish chorizo and mozzarella cheese. I pre-heated the pizza stone at gas mark 9 for 15 minutes, then reduced the heat to 7 and put the pizza and disk on top of the stone, shut the oven and gave it 15 minutes cooking.
