What are you eating tonight

Leftovers tonight. Over the last month, I have made 3 Thai green curries, and each time there was some left over and duly frozen.

Tonight, the three boxes came out of the freezer, defrosted and the contents chucked in the wok with another 250 ml of chicken stock and half a tin each (also frozen leftovers) of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.

Loved it.

Sorry to hear about the knee mate.  That's a rarebit of bad luck you're having.
