I actually thought I'd come up with something new but alas, it seems not. Just had a quick google and found this - https://www.theoriginaldish.com/2014/07/15/pesto-bruschetta-with-fresh-mozzarella-balsamic-syrup/ Pretty similar if not quite the same. Rev
You know when you look in the fridge, and everything is out of date the next day? This is what results! Bacon, sausage, potato filled perogi, fried egg and a late addition of scrambled egg as the first yolk into the pan split. uttoxram75, Steve How Hard?, mozza and 3 others 5

You've dried it up in the oven, whilst faffing around with the eggs. Don't deny it... there's no need, as it ain't ruined! A bit of Brown sauce, and I'd happily wolf it all down! ? The trouble is, as soon as it's ready, all thoughts turn to scoffing it, and I never end up taking a photo. The smell was amazing - chicken, chorizo, mushrooms, four different cheeses and a sauce to die for. Mucker1884 and DarkFruitsRam7
