Bacon, sausage, potato filled perogi, fried egg and a late addition of scrambled egg as the first yolk into the pan split.

You've dried it up in the oven, whilst faffing around with the eggs.  Don't deny it... there's no need, as it ain't ruined! 

A bit of Brown sauce, and I'd happily wolf it all down!  ?

The trouble is, as soon as it's ready, all thoughts turn to scoffing it, and I never end up taking a photo. The smell was amazing - chicken, chorizo, mushrooms, four different cheeses and a sauce to die for.

Im in a similar situation tomorrow regarding the dates. For the uninitiated whats potato perogi?
