Loads on the BBC site too - you can always chop out most of the added sugar and substitute other fruits, say raisins and sultanas, and perhaps a nice pinch of cinnamon.

Yes, indeed - especially now that I've seen that Tesco are now selling 75 cl bottles of Tripel Karmeleit for £5 a pop, and that I have a home delivery tomorrow.

I made a stir fry. Still feeling crap and not really wanting to eat.

my taste buds have gone haywire. 
I think I’ve now got a keener nose than a bloodhound and the smell of the washing makes me want to heave.

the bean sprouts were probably a step too far.

but I ate it!
