A bit like the ones below expect more burnt and less shape... Quite nice though with a bit of mango chutney. Theres a pub we sometimes go that does it so the missus tried to recreate it....me. I'd be happy with a mountain of mash and a bucketload of mushy peas over it. Pressure cooked with all the veggies on Monday. Cold with jacket spuds and salad on Tuesday. Curried with rice etc on Wednesday. I am now spending hours trying to clean the black burnt on gunge from the pressure cooker! Life is anything but boring for shut-ins at Chez Brummie!
