What are you eating tonight

Recommended Posts

No idea what I'm having for tea tonight, but apparently Uncle 'Arry will be washing this worm starter down with a nice pint of snake jizz later this evening...

I have some important information about fried eggs. You don't need to waste time basting to get the perfect egg. Just make sure they're fresh and crucially - cover the pan!

Then you'll get eggs like this (I made a gif of today's brunch) every time.

You're welcome x

Fried eggs are best "over easy" so they are just at that gooey stage.

Cant stand watery yolks.

Oh and they must be lathered in salt

The creamy sauce which results from runny egg mixing with the juice of tinned tomatoes is what Jesus must taste like.

Home made Chinese Chicken Curry (very spicy) with actifry chips, all washed down with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Ditch the actifry and pick up an air fryer that doesn’t spin around. Thank me later.

If you want to push the boat out pick up one of these

The cutter helps keep em all the same thickness so cook even.

Boil the potatoes a little, run them through that, splash of oil and into the proper air fryer 👌

I bought a dry fryer from McArthur Glen. I used it once and I said to the mother in law that I wished I hadn't bought it because it was too big for the kitchen. So she took it to her house. She just took it. She literally just told her husband to put it in their car as they were leaving. It was like £100 And she just took it. It's in her kitchen now. I still can't believe it.

£4 more and stainless steel, how do the chips move around in an air fryer though?

Air circulates around the basket, your oven doesn’t shake food about does it?

10 minutes give em a quick shake.

Actifry you end up with half mash and half chips.

Cook em right they taste like they come from the chippy, just a bit less greasy
