MrsRam
So is the bottom of a Jaffa cake, therefore it too is a biscuit dcfcfans.uk - The number one place for hard hitting discussions...... The bottom of a jaffa cake is a cake......it goes hard. (sponge) The bottom of a cheesecake, is crushed up biscuits......it won't go hard. I am saying no more..... ladyram
I haven't had an elephants foot since erm... 1978! There used to be a Fletchers bakery van come round where we lived and they were only a few pence. Haven't seen one (a proper one) in ages.

MrsRam
Birds do a nice elephants foot LR - although I find them a lot of nothing. I haven't had one in years either, they remind me of my grandma, she always used to bring a box of birds cakes round and me being greedy would always go for the biggest, but actually, the cream doughnut was the most filling. Anyway, enough of cakes, it is the introduction thread after all. Boycie, you are awful - but I like you.....

ladyram
Yum. I could eat loads of those and feel absolutely no pain That's the thing with elephant's feet mrs isn't it? A big bun full of fresh air. I always used to bypass the doughnuts too (which had a bit of stodge to them at least) in favour of the biggest bun on offer. What's the number for Slimming World again???? My new mantra for 2011....Discipline, Discipline, Discipline...
