Lift heavier weights.

Drink more alcohol.

Smoke more often.

Visit McDonalds, the chip shop, Curry house and pizza shop more frequently.

Spend more time on Facebook.

Spend more time on forums.

Spend more time in the gym.

Do less work.

Move up from two-a-day to four-a-day.
