ollycutts1982
It's ok saying sell at the right price but look at when Hughes and Bryson got injured. We signed Jonno and Butters for £10m+ and look how that worked out. Players aren't always that easy to replace.

How can a player who gets the yips when a simple pass is on be our best player? He's also forgotten how to shoot and can't head the ball. Other than that he's ace. TomBustler1884
How would you feel if we banked £10m - £12m for Ince, then got Ibe in on loan for the season?

Problem with that is that the loan fee might wipe out, say, a quarter of the fee as a minimum and at some point you need a permanent replacement. If gems can be unearthed, or our myriad of average wingers can up their game, then great but the likelihood is that anything we would get would probably have to be spent filling the gap. Having said all that, I'm not sure I'd be busting a gut to keep him if we got £10m+ I just wouldn't waste the windfall on a loan fee.

Depends on fee's I imagine he has high wages now after his £15m move. I imagine there's a few Prem gems we could unearth, Rowett might fancy Bennett to fill the role though? Edit: Loves an imagine. ollycutts1982
The problem is there aren't many wide players who I would of swapped him for last season. Knockhaert is one but other than that there is no one who jumps out.

I'm not sure Ibe is the answer. He hasn't held down a regular position in a team and blows a bit hot and cold. I think we get a bit misty-eyed about past players and managers. This season is all about change. Just my opinion of course!

Just my opinion of course! Ibe wasn't actually that good for most of his time with us. He picked up in Dec and had a good period of 4 or 5 games then was recalled. He would be a gamble IMO. Do you get the August to November Jordan Ibe, or the December Jordan Ibe?

We need to freshen things up, have a different outlook on how we play because tippy tappy, easy on the eye football has got us exactly nowhere. I'm really looking forward to seeing the team GR puts together & i'm not expecting instant results, this will take time and probably 2-3 windows before he'll be 100% happy. We need to be patient too. EnigmaRam
There's around 28 ish players that need to be sold before Ince or Hughes gets sold. if Ibe was brought in on a loan it should be to replace Russell, Anya, weimann, Blackman Camara etc etc If Irvine was brought in it should be to replace Bryson, Hanson and butters. REDCAR
I'd be disappointed to see Ince leave but not gutted. £10m and I'd be interested to see who we got in his place. He's good but is he just better than a bunch of crap options we have at the club?

TomBustler1884
Don't get me wrong, the jury is out for me on Ibe. Just could be a realistic scenario from little bits I've heard.

I have a bad feeling that we may be losing one or both of Ince and Hughes.
