Fraser_23
He has really impressed me the last two games. Looks a threat going forward and deserved the man of the match. COYR

KBB
Needs positive reinforcement, arm round the shoulder, encouragement to be creative and when he has that we all know ho good he is. hopefully the fans can see this too.

nottingram
He's the same Tom Ince we've always had. He's just finally being managed properly. See also: the rest of our squad

See also: the rest of our squad Yep, this. You've got a forward holding the ball up and pulling defenders around, and you've got midfield runners getting close to him. He's not pinned out on the touchline with no support within 30 yards (like Clement had), or dealing with 60 yard punts up to his head (like Pearson had). jimbo jones
Looks like the Tom Ince we had last time McClaren was here, and that can only be good.
unclej
He is very much the lightweight and pulls out of tackles if he can. Still, its not his game and while his net contribution is positive, he gets my vote.
mumblemumble
Do you mean the old Tom Ince? The one that's given the freedom to attack? We should always judge the attackers ability to attack and the defenders ability to defend. Some Derby fans forget that.

Bald Eagle's Barmy Army
Clearly shows that a managers job is the most important in the team. Most players nowadays need somebody to manage them in a way that will get the best out of them. Todays football isn't just about going out on a field to kick a ball about, its so much more than that. Coneheadjohn
I'm sure he said in the post match interview that he'd not been performing all season but that now he had a manager who believed in him he was starting to play to his potential?Or words to that effect. Millenniumram
He's exactly the same player, just he's now being played more than 5 minutes a match and since we're winning, isn't being scapegoated because of his 'attitude'
Charlie G
There are certain forward players who are not cut out to track back , make tackles and Ince is one of them. Let him do what hes good at, admittedly he will frustrate at times but if I'm honest I'd rather have him in our team than the other way round. Leaving him up the field when we concede corners is a plus so well done Mac

Agree defending isnt the best part of his game but the effort to get back was there i think when he's on it he is class

Having said that the point im trying to make is he needs the freedom of the pitch for him to really shine and Mac knows this. Just hope Christie isn't to badly injured cause that partnership was just starting to take off.

On the other side fozzy was a loss but lowe is more than capable we just need a suitable back up for cyrus
